How ClanWar handles your data.

1. Who we are

ClanWar (clanwar.luda-ekipa.rs) is the competitive Counter-Strike 1.6 matchmaking and ranked-ladder platform of the Luda Ekipa Community, owned and operated by ewan_ax4. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: reach us through luda-ekipa.rs.

2. Information we collect

Steam identity — when you sign in with Steam we receive your public SteamID, display name and (optionally) country. We do not receive your Steam password.
Gameplay data — matches, rounds, scores, rank/MMR, and stats generated when you play on our CS 1.6 servers.
Technical data — your IP address (used for security, abuse prevention and multi-account detection) and basic request logs.
Preferences — settings you choose (privacy, notifications, cosmetics) and a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in.
Payments — if you buy credits or supporter status, payment is processed by PayPal. We receive a transaction reference and status; we never see or store your card details.

3. How we use your data

To run matchmaking, the ranked ladder, tournaments, clans and your profile.
To keep the platform fair and secure (anti-abuse, ban enforcement, multi-account detection).
To process purchases and grant the items/perks you bought.
To show leaderboards, match history and public profiles.

4. Cookies

We use a strictly-necessary signed login cookie (cw_steam) and small preference cookies. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Clearing cookies signs you out.

5. Third parties

We share the minimum necessary with: Valve/Steam (authentication), Cloudflare (delivery + DDoS protection), PayPal (payments) and TeamSpeak (voice, if you connect). These providers process data under their own policies.

6. Retention

We keep account, gameplay and ranking data for as long as your account is active so the ladder and history stay accurate. You can request deletion of your account data (see below); some records may be retained where required for security or accounting.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through luda-ekipa.rs. You control your display name, country, privacy and notification settings from your Settings page.

8. Children

ClanWar is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
